Can I pick up my items from in store if I buy online?

Yes.

Shipping - Australia 

All purchases are shipped express from Benalla, VIC with Australia Post.

If you order before 2pm on weekdays, your order will ship out that day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

*Please note: For Western Australia and rural areas, express shipping should take 2-7 business days. We pack your parcel super-fast and make sure it gets sent express, but Australia Post can sometimes experience delays in WA and rural areas of QLD. This doesn't happen very often but we just want to give you a heads up! We entrust Australia Post with your parcel and do everything we can to make sure it gets to you on time - but any delays they experience are, unfortunately, out of our hands.

When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can track your item using the code through AUSPOST. If for some reason your tracking number does not work after a reasonable amount of time for AUSPOST to process your order please contact us through our contact us form. 

Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. 

Shipping - International 

Yes we do but please contact us for postage costs as this will depend on destination.

Shipping Times for International Customers

  • Airmail takes between 7 and 14 days
  • Surface Mail between 45 and if unlucky 90 days

Good Reading Second Hand Books uses Paypal for all website payments.

If you do not have Paypal please continue your check out by pressing the 'Check Out With Paypal' button you will then be lead to the Paypal portal where you can add your credit card details, this is a very safe way of payment. If you are unsure please e-mail us at using the contact form or call us on 0427 558 714. 

We also accept cheques, money orders and a direct deposit into the shop‘s account.

RETURN POLICY

Customers who received product(s) which largely differ from the description, have a manufacturing fault or receive the incorrect item are entitled to a full refund.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
All returns will automatically be issued with a refund once the item has been received back and has been checked

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Returns are generally processed within 3 business days of receiving your return
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process refunds.

Generally, orders placed before 2.00pm AEDT each business day are packed and sent the same day providing the payment has cleared with Paypal.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during sale periods. We apologise for the inconvenience!

If you have not received your items within 7 business days of making your order please email us with your order number.

In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

Please note that postage costs apply only to orders within Australia.
