The front board is rubbed and the edges chipped and the head and tail of the spine worn; there's neat ownership inscription dated September 1922 on front end paper; the hinge between the verso of the front end paper and half title page has been reinforced with acid free tape.This has been done carelessly with a doubling of the tape towards the tail. The inner edge of page seven has a small, but noticeable short tear.There is minor foxing throughout, quite nasty on the verso of the back end paper. Not quite a very good copy, but nearly there.
