There's a small chip missing towards the head of the half title page, else pristine. Thededication by Kevin Brophy reads: "For Myron - to the new 'twin' of Visions. In '89 it was Sophie + Visions I, in '92 it's Raphael & Visions II. Do books procreate too? Kevin Sept. '92" Myron Lysenko & Kevin Brophy collaborated in "Going Down Swinging" published in 1981. Both were involved with La Mama Theatre.
