The book suffers from the usual library damage, limited to the preliminaries and a remnant title sticker on the back of the jacket. There's a remnant library pocket on the front paste down, a bar code on the front end paper, a cancelled stamp onthe title page and accession slip on the printer's page. These are aesthetic faults.
