The front cover has loss to the tail at the inner tail; the back cover has a series of pinpricks towards the middle as well as suffering from minor staining. Page 21 has a blue biro mark next to the 1933 entry. There is also an ownership signature on the title page and the throughout the book there is minor thumb creasing. Apart from the cover, it's not as bad as it sounds and it is basically still a solid , clean copy. 32 page pamphlet which includes historical notes on North Eastern Victoria.
