The boards are rubbed, but not badly; the back one is bumped at the lower outer edge as well as a small stain at the tail; and 21 birthdays have been noted, 11 in pecil, and all very neatly. A nice copy with historical connations as the book belonged to Margaret Coles, of Sir George Coles fame, possibly his daughter as his wife was also named Margaret.
