The jacket, now protected, is chipped and torn at the edges and has loss to the head of the spine, as well as a clean, 4cm. cut along the folding edge of the front flap; there is a gift inscription on the front end paper, and a newsagent's discrete stamp on the bottom of the front paste down, else a really nice copy.
